Public Health Communications Support Services

Health Research, Inc. and the New York State Department of Health seek vendors to provide public health communications support services. The selected vendors will pair creative professionals with participating organizations to produce materials such as social media graphics, toolkits, flyers, brochures, rack cards, posters, fact sheets, digital ads, videos, photography, infographics, and outreach items. Eligible bidders must meet the minimum eligibility requirements and complete work onshore within the USA. Vendors must submit questions to Lacey Griffin-Braaf by October 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Applicants must submit full proposals online through SurveyMonkey Apply by October 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM, or digitally via email. Evaluators score applications out of 100 total points, allocating up to 90 points for technical criteria and 10 points for cost. The lowest proposed cost receives the full 10 cost points, while other applicants receive points proportionally. The contract period runs for one year.
