Real Estate Appraisal Services

The Toronto Lands Corporation, acting as agent for the Toronto District School Board, requires three to five qualified real estate appraisal firms to establish a non-exclusive Vendor of Record roster. Selected firms will provide professional real estate appraisal and consulting services on an as-needed basis for school board sites and properties of potential interest, including property valuations, consulting analyses, expert witness testimony, and project workflows with four to six week turnarounds. Only onshore Canadian vendors registered on the issuing authority website are eligible to submit electronic proposals through the online bidding system portal. Evaluators assess eligible proposals using a pass/fail check for mandatory qualifications followed by a 100-point rated evaluation matrix. The initial contract term spans 24 months, with three optional 12-month extensions available at the buyer's discretion. Budget details require a proposal, with firm quotations submitted per typical assignment.
