Northern Arizona University seeks a qualified real estate professional or brokerage to assist with marketing and selling combined residential property at Coconino County APNs 104-02-064 and 104-02-133 in Flagstaff, Arizona. The selected bidder will market the property, coordinate showings, facilitate negotiations, and assist the university through closing. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit electronic offers digitally via email to [email protected], or deliver physical offers to the Associate Vice President of Procurement in Flagstaff, Arizona. Submissions are due on or before October 14, 2026, by 4:00 p.m. Arizona Time, and must include a proposed commission rate or fee structure, a marketing strategy, relevant experience, an estimated timeline, additional services, and references. The university requires the selected vendor to sign a written agreement incorporating its standard terms and conditions. The buyer reserves the right to reject any or all offers, waive informalities, and select the proposal determined to be in its best interest.
