Appraisal Services

The City of Perth Amboy seeks qualified vendors to provide appraisal services. The requested scope includes conducting fair market value analyses for residential, industrial, commercial, single and multi-family dwellings, and historic and special purpose properties that the City owns or intends to acquire. Appraisers must perform highest and best use, market/sales, and replacement cost/depreciation analyses, review appraisals prepared by other companies, and ensure all reports conform to relevant jurisdictional guidelines. The contract term runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. Bidders must submit one original, one copy, and one digital USB version of their proposal in a sealed envelope marked "Confidential" to Alma Benavides-Perez, Purchasing Agent, by Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Vendors must submit questions in writing to [email protected] no later than Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Submissions must include the RFQ Cost Proposal Form alongside all required statutory appendices and proof of business registration, and the selected contractor must maintain $500,000 in professional liability insurance.
