MCS of Tampa is the only source that can provide the requirement and is certified by the Department of the Air Force to have command post system maintenance, components, and equipment. The 509th Bomb Wing requires,support/parts replacement for the console the Command Post utilizes on a daily basis for all notifications.Equipment serves as the Command Post's primary telephone system with conferencing and radio capabilities. The Contractor will provide a full/unlimited one-year warranty for all hardware/software, materials, and workmanship related to command post communications system maintenance. The warranty will include emergency technical assistance as required, including 24/7 remote dial-in and on-site responses, as appropriate, for system failures. If a catastrophic failure occurs, the Contractor will perform a service call.The Contractor will provide a full/unlimited one-year warranty for all hardware/software, materials, and workmanship related to command post communications system maintenance.
