Minimum qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as Bond Counsel
- Minimum of five (5) years servicing the County of Union or other governmental entities
- Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey
- Neither firm nor individuals assigned are disbarred, suspended, or prohibited from professional practice
