The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Hologic, Inc. Panther System Software License and Panther system maintenance. The Panther system is proprietary and may only be licensed by Hologic, Inc. The place of performance will be multiple Veterans Affairs Facilities within the VISN 23 area. The NAICS code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $34 Million, and PSC J065. Hologic, Inc UEI: WHWJBKU5SX73 10210 Genetic Center Dr. San Diego, CA 92121 This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency by e-mailing such statement and supporting documentation to Marie Weathers, Contract Officer, at [email protected]. Statements are due no later than 10/12/2026 at 10:00 am Central Time. Please indicate Response to Lab Analyzers Services in subject line of e-mail. No phone calls please. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services.
