Broker and Realtor Services

The City of Quincy seeks state-certified or licensed real estate firms or individual brokers to provide on-call professional realtor services for marketing and selling municipal tax foreclosure and surplus properties. The contractor will evaluate fair market values, execute marketing strategies, list properties on MLS, host property tours, negotiate offers, update the City, and coordinate legal compliance for residential, commercial, industrial, and vacant properties. Eligible vendors must operate onshore within the USA and perform work onsite in Quincy, Massachusetts. Bidders must submit separate sealed envelopes clearly marked for Non-Price Proposals and Price Proposals to the Purchasing Department at Quincy City Hall by October 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Inquiries must reach Interim Purchasing Agent Meredith Marini via email by October 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The contract term lasts for one year, and the City is currently seeking budget proposals. The City of Quincy and the Treasurer’s Office will evaluate proposals and select the winning bidder based on the best interest of the City.
