The City of Boulder seeks a vendor to provide real estate marketing and listing services for vacant airport properties. The selected firm must evaluate market rates, maintain a list of vacant properties, create marketing materials for land and hangars, screen potential lessees, and draft leases using city-provided templates. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore USA entities, and all performance of the work will take place onsite.
