Child Care Providers Services

Lutheran Services Florida seeks child care providers to serve as Head Start and Early Head Start Child Care Partners in Palm Beach County. The selected vendors will deliver child care services using a research-based curriculum, while the agency manages enrollment and places eligible children at the partner sites. Scope requirements include providing family services, health and developmental screenings, mental health consultations, support for children with disabilities, free CCFP meals and snacks, and daily contracted slot rates set in the contract. Applicants must hold an active DCF child care license, a current signed CCFP agreement, and required staff credentials. Interested centers must submit Packet 1 digitally via email to [email protected] by October 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET, and Packet 2 by October 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 09, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by October 23, 2026. Proposals are evaluated through a private Pre-Award Review and scoring, where incomplete Packet 1 submissions render a center ineligible and missing Packet 2 items receive zero points. The contract term is one year.
