Cafeteria Groceries and Snacks Supplies

The Onondaga-Cortland-Madison Board of Cooperative Educational Services (OCM BOCES) needs a vendor to supply cafeteria groceries and snacks. The scope includes providing items such as juice, soy milk, breakfast egg rolls, pizza, cheese omelettes, waffles, muffins, and vinegar for potential use by multiple BOCES entities and member school districts. The performance of work will occur onsite in the United States. Eligible USA-based bidders can obtain bid forms and specifications from the OCM BOCES Business Office. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email, online, or directly to OCM BOCES by 1:30 p.m. on November 3, 2026. Evaluators will assess proposals based on price, bidder responsibility, sample evaluations, and the requirement to bid on at least 90% of the volume for listed core, cereal, and meal kit items. OCM BOCES intends to award the bid in aggregate, though it reserves the right to make awards on a line-by-line or group basis. The resulting contract term will run from January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2027, with the buyer seeking proposal pricing from applicants.
