Event Space Lodging Service

The Maryland Health Care Commission requires a qualified vendor to provide meeting space, lodging, audiovisual support, and meal services for the MHCC Commissioners’ Retreat. The selected vendor must provide an ADA-compliant facility with free on-site parking located within 30 miles of 4160 Patterson Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. Required scope items include a large private event space, courtesy block lodging rooms, setup access two hours prior to the event, and specific meal services including breakfast, a buffet lunch, and a formal plated dinner. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations registered on eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) and with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT). Quotes must be submitted digitally through eMMA or emailed to Procurement Officer Andrea Allen at [email protected] by October 23, 2026, no later than 12:00 PM EST. Prospective offerors should submit written questions at least five days prior to the closing date. Submissions must contain a signed transmittal letter, required venue and food policy details, and an itemized price sheet. The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive offeror offering the most advantageous price.
