Marina Night Security Service

The City of Cold Lake requires a vendor to provide onsite marina night security services in Cold Lake, AB. The scope of work includes driving and conducting minimum hourly foot patrols across the marina building, docks, piers, boardwalk, breakwater, kayak storage, and parking lot, assisting and engaging with boaters, documenting irregular circumstances, and contacting local authorities when needed. Only Canadian onshore organizations without unresolved litigation with the City of Cold Lake are eligible to bid. Bidders must register and pay on the tendering authority's website to obtain the unwatermarked RFP document. Applicants must submit proposals digitally via email or online by December 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM, and all questions are due by November 19, 2026.
