Superintendent Executive Search Services

Springfield School District No. 19 is seeking proposals from experienced executive search firms or individuals to provide consulting services for a Superintendent of Schools search. The requested scope includes advertising the position across print and web platforms, conducting personal outreach to recruit a diverse applicant pool, collecting candidate background information, assisting the Board in evaluating applicants, and supporting contract negotiations. Eligible proposers are USA-only organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Pre-proposal questions are due by 4:00 PM PST on October 9, 2026, via email to Procurement Contact Demian Laudati. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online by 4:00 PM PST on October 16, 2026. Submissions must include a signed Attachment A (Proposer Certifications and Representations Form) and address all evaluation criteria succinctly. The District intends to award a single contract to the successful proposer, and the budget will be determined based on submitted proposals.
