The Kankakee County Housing Authority (KCHA) needs a vendor to provide IT services in Kankakee, IL, with work performed offsite. Prospective offerors can schedule an appointment with the front desk to conduct a server room walkthrough to determine the required scope of work. Eligible applicants are onshore USA organizations. Offerors must submit proposals by mail to Kankakee County Housing Authority, PO Box 965, 185 N. St. Joseph Avenue, Kankakee, IL 60901 by 3:00 p.m. CST on Monday, October 26, 2026. The initial contract term runs for eight months from November 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with a KCHA option to extend through June 30, 2028.
