SPECIAL NOTICE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Milwaukee VA Medical Center (VAMC), intends to award a sole source procurement to GE Healthcare for MIM Software: MIM Symphony Adapting Module (SAM) and MIM Encore. These software products are proprietary to GE Healthcare, and GE Healthcare holds the exclusive rights to distribute, license, maintain, and support MIM SAM and MIM Encore within the United States. No authorized distributors exist, and no other source can provide the required proprietary software or related support services. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be honored. However, parties who believe they can meet this requirement must submit a written capability statement providing clear and convincing evidence of their ability to supply the proprietary software specified. NAICS: 541511 PSC: 7B20 Responses must be received no later than October 16, 2026, at 17:00 CST. Responses shall be sent to: Erica Grimslid, Contract Specialist Email: [email protected] If no responses are received that satisfy the requirements, the Government will proceed with awarding a sole source contract to GE Healthcare in accordance with FAR 13.106 1(b) and FAR 6.302 1.
