The Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of DPBH/Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services, seeks a vendor to provide secure, climate-controlled offsite document and medical record storage, management, and courier services in Carson, NV. The scope of work requires storing paper or microfilm records between 65 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit, providing GPS-monitored transportation with signed receipts for picked-up medical records, and offering a computerized inventory tracking system for staff to manage accounts, track records, and generate reports. Only US-based onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Proposals must be submitted as a quote through nevadaepro.com, keeping technical and cost proposals in separate attachments. Vendors must submit a background and history, key personnel resumes, subcontractor details, disclosures, a Dun and Bradstreet number, and a signed lobbying certification.
