Centralized Reporting Solution

The buyer needs a centralized, automated software-as-a-service data portal application for submitting, ingesting, and managing contract sales and admin fees. The required scope includes designing, developing, and launching a portal directly integrated with the current WordPress website that collects, validates, aggregates, manages, and reports sales, contract, and administrative fee data across 31 member states. Performance of the work will be offsite, and eligible bidders are restricted to onshore, USA organizations. AEPA generally will not accept an offer from a business that fails to demonstrate or establish a proven record of business. Interested firms must submit their questionnaire responses, pricing and fee structure proposal, and additional documentation digitally via email or online through Euna. Submissions must include at least three references from the vendor's largest public agency customers. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
