Capital Project Management Services

The Coachella Valley Public Cemetery District seeks a capital project-management partner to serve as an owner's representative for administrative office and Board meeting facilities, including related site improvements in Coachella, CA. The contractor will manage day-to-day operations, including existing facility assessments, feasibility studies, planning, design, procurement, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The initial assignment covers an assessment and feasibility phase, with subsequent optional phases authorized through task orders. Eligible bidders are onshore USA firms capable of performing work offsite. Interested vendors must submit proposals by November 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The contract term is for one year, and applicants must submit pricing proposals as requested by the buyer.
