External Investigative Services

Valley Water seeks proposals from onshore USA organizations to provide on-call offsite external investigative services for a government authority in California. The selected vendor must conduct timely, impartial, and well-documented investigations regarding ethics, equal opportunity, workplace conduct, and alleged violations of applicable laws, policies, rules, and procedures. Scope of work includes fact-finding, policy-compliance assessments, preparing detailed investigative reports, providing mediation when appropriate, and supporting hearings, depositions, or trials. Applicants must submit a list of at least three client references for relevant representative projects undertaken within the last five years. The authority will evaluate proposals based on firm qualifications, expertise, and experience, and will contact listed references directly.
