The American Feed Industry Association seeks an onshore U.S. consultant organization to conduct an offsite market assessment for animal food and ingredients in Ecuador. The selected applicant must evaluate market demand and awareness, analyze the competitive environment, and assess economic dynamics and sanitary and phytosanitary trade barriers affecting U.S. opportunities. The buyer evaluates proposals based on technical qualifications, relevant staff experience, and a methodology that meets project objectives and statement requirements. Proposals must detail itemized costs for individual project components, including any potential in-country scoping mission.
