Helicopter Services

The Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon requires a qualified helicopter contractor to provide complete helicopter services for big game census operations. The selected contractor must supply a helicopter, an experienced pilot, and a licensed fuel truck with a driver to conduct winter wildlife inventories from the tribal helibase and the Pine Creek Conservation Area in Fossil, Oregon. Applicants based onshore in the USA are eligible, and Indian Preference along with applicable tribal, state, and federal rules apply. Interested parties must request RFP packets from Elizabeth A. The project spans a three-year contract term from December 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027, and includes winter flights through 2028 totaling roughly 40 flight hours per year. Proposals must include a quote encompassing the full three-year period within the estimated price range of $100,000 to $250,000.
