Medical Transportation Services

The Passaic County Board of County Commissioners seeks medical transportation services for Preakness Healthcare Center in New Jersey. The scope requires 24/7/365 emergency and non-emergency ambulance and wheelchair services, including Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, wheelchair-accessible vans/medical coaches, and critical care transport for ventilator-dependent residents. Eligibility is open to onshore USA organizations. Applicants must digitally submit bid responses via email or online, including required items such as an internal certification, National Provider Identification number, Tax Identification number, license and registration copies, liability insurance, and a signed Business Associates Agreement. Additional mandatory submissions prior to contract execution include a Non-Collusion Affidavit, W-9, Business Registration Certificate, and a Certification of Non-Involvement in Prohibited Activities in Russia. Outer mailing envelopes must identify the bidder name, address, bid name, number, and opening date. The County evaluates respondents based on their experience and reputation in the field, knowledge of the County and subject matter, availability for required meetings, and other demonstrated factors. The initial contract term runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with two one-year renewal options. The solicitation requests budget proposals from interested respondents.
