Endowment, Non-Endowment Fund and Donation Management Service

Regina Public Schools is seeking a vendor to provide endowment, non-endowment fund, and donation management services. The required scope includes fund administration, investment management aligned with industry best practices, transparent annual performance and financial reporting, donor recognition and stewardship support, and donor engagement to enhance long-term giving. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian onshore organizations. Proposals must be submitted in English via Euna Procurement by October 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST, and all questions must be submitted by October 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST. Submissions must include an executive summary, company information, business references, relevant experience, descriptions of sub-contractors and key personnel, responses to the proposal questionnaire, and a complete fee proposal quoted in Canadian dollars. The buyer will evaluate proposals privately based on total potential cost calculated from the submitted pricing structures, along with the proponent's ability to meet the requirements. The contract period will span ten years, and performance of the work will occur offsite.
