Oils, Lubricants, and Disposal Services

The City of New Braunfels, Texas, requires a vendor to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies, bulk oils, lubricants, and disposal services on an as-needed basis. The contractor must furnish non-recycled, petroleum crude, premium-grade oils and lubricants that satisfy API standards, meet warranty specifications for major automotive and heavy equipment manufacturers, include dispensing systems at no extra charge, and undergo bi-annual independent laboratory oil analysis. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid, and the resulting contract period lasts for three years. Proposals must be submitted digitally online via Beacon by November 5, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. CST, or via email. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than close of business on October 20, 2026, to Purchasing Representative Julie Gohlke. No proposal, payment, or performance bonds are required for this submittal.
