Medical Supplies

The Mid-America Regional Council Emergency Rescue Committee (MARCER) requires a vendor to supply pre-hospital medical supplies and large-volume member warehousing for a government authority in Kansas City, Missouri. The contract period runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with options to renew for three additional one-year periods. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the work requires onsite performance. Bidders must email responses to the MARC Program Coordinator by October 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM Local Time. All written requests for clarification must be submitted to the Program Coordinator by October 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Submissions must include two files: the Appendix A pricing sheet in Excel format and a single PDF containing all remaining bid documents and Appendices B, C, and D. Evaluators will award up to 100 points based on three criteria: pricing and ability to provide the desired product range and appropriate brands (60 points max); meeting delivery timeframes and billing requirements (30 points max); and online ordering capabilities (10 points max). The buyer will select the responsible and responsive bidder whose offer is most advantageous based on price and these evaluation factors.
