Marketing, Branding and Advertising Production, Communication Support Consulting Services

The City of Linden seeks qualified individuals or USA-based firms to provide municipal marketing, branding, advertising production, and communication support consulting services. Scope requirements include providing strategic marketing support for special projects and events, designing promotional materials, advising on citywide branding strategies, supporting sponsorship initiatives, and offering media training. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligible USA organizations must demonstrate extensive relevant experience, including at least five years of project management experience, proven branding campaign experience, and experience working with municipal or government entities. Preference is given to certified Small Business Entities. Applicants must submit technical and cost proposals digitally through the MuniVendor eProcurement platform by Friday, November 6, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Questions must be emailed to Tira Chapman no later than Monday, October 26, 2026. Proposals must detail staff qualifications, past project descriptions, and cost structures, alongside required forms such as the Non-Collusion Affidavit and Stockholder Disclosure Certification. The City will evaluate total proposal content to select the most advantageous offer in the City's best interest. The resulting contract term runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.
