State Governmental Relations and Lobbying Services

The County requires a vendor to provide state governmental relations and lobbying services to advance its legislative, policy, regulatory, funding, and project priorities. The selected vendor must offer strategic guidance, advocate for County objectives, build relationships with state officials, assist in setting policy goals, and prepare formal advocacy communications and policy statements. Eligible applicants are limited to onshore vendors located in the United States, and the work will be performed offsite. Questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026, and the contract period will run for one year.
