Behavioral Health Third Party Administrator Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide behavioral health Third Party Administrator (TPA) services. The selected vendor must simplify administration, integrate services, share agency-specified data with multiple TPAs and the agency's data warehouse, and provide a strategic account management team, including a designated implementation manager who will manage a plan for delivery by July 1, 2027. TPA responsibilities include adjudicating behavioral health claims for members, paying approved claims to providers at least weekly, processing participating and non-participating provider claims, and issuing electronic or paper explanations of benefits to member claimants. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Vendors can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposal budgets. All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
