The requested scope requires commercial suppliers to source, transport, and offload conforming fuel directly into two 50,000-gallon government storage bladders at Logistics Support Area Jenkins in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Vendors must use fully self-sufficient delivery tankers to offload the product while adhering to host nation laws, environmental standards, safety mandates, and military installation access protocols. This request for information is for market-research and acquisition-planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the U.S. Government.
