Commencement Furnishings Service

The government authority in Massachusetts requires a vendor to provide commencement furnishings services for annual commencement ceremonies. The requested scope includes renting temporary tents, staging, furnishings, and related event equipment, as well as providing an installation plan with timelines, layouts, and support staff. The selected vendor must coordinate installation and event activities with audio/visual providers, turf protection contractors, and other university personnel, while maintaining and adjusting installed equipment to ensure safety and operation throughout the event. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore USA organizations. Performance of the work will be offsite, and the buyer is currently seeking proposals for the budget.
