AI-Enabled Stop-Arm Camera Services

The buyer needs an AI-enabled stop-arm camera school bus safety program to reduce passing violations and enhance student safety. The scope requires vendors to supply, install, and maintain stop-arm camera systems and signage, provide a secure cloud-based evidence management system, handle court correspondence, and deliver monthly data reports. Additionally, the selected vendor must offer a bilingual call center supporting languages including Haitian-Creole, Spanish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese, alongside a community engagement strategy to educate motorists on safety laws. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Interested applicants must submit all questions and attend a pre-bid meeting by October 19, 2026. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
