Renaissance Communities Consultant Services

The government authority located in Montgomery, Alabama requires a Renaissance Communities consultant to provide part-time services for 20 to 30 hours per week over a maximum 12-month period. The selected consultant will establish organizational infrastructure, draft and submit 501c3 tax filings with legal counsel, set up basic technology and financial systems, develop branding and messaging, and locate a physical community home. Additionally, the scope involves supporting board onboarding, creating job descriptions, establishing policies, attending community events, and aiding fundraising efforts alongside City, United Way, and board leadership.
