Conflict Appraisal Services Consultant Service

The Township of Bloomfield, NJ requires a US-based real estate appraisal firm to provide conflict appraisal consultant services for a one-year term. The selected vendor must deliver general advice, assistance, written appraisal reports, and summaries to support the municipality in negotiating pending or potential tax appeals, condemned properties, and outright property purchases. The scope includes attending settlement conferences, writing tax appeal settlements, and testifying before judicial venues such as the County Board of Taxation and the State Tax Court. Eligible onshore US organizations may perform the work offsite and submit their price proposals digitally via email or online.
