Technical Assistance Consultant Service for Health Care Interpreter Program

The Oregon government authority requires a technical assistance consultant to support its Health Care Interpreter (HCI) program across several key operational areas. The selected vendor must provide subject matter expertise to evaluate administrative rules, design an HCI recruitment and retention program, and deliver technical assistance to interpreters, language service companies, health care providers, and licensing boards. Additionally, the contractor will conduct webinars, develop reports on program evaluations and rule updates, and administer and analyze a licensing board survey. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore US organizations, and the work must be performed onsite. Interested vendors must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than October 7, 2026.
