Compliance Services

The Oregon government authority requires a vendor to provide comprehensive compliance services, including assessing its current compliance position, resolving identified issues, and delivering ongoing support. The vendor must host a kick-off meeting, submit a data request, verify agency registrations, establish an annual compliance reporting calendar, create a custom manual for limited staff, and produce an evidence retention index. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid, and the performance of work must be conducted onsite. Applicants must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, with an optional pre-bid meeting scheduled for October 14, 2026, and a deadline for all questions on October 16, 2026.
