Special Counsel Professional Services

The City of Camden, NJ requires a vendor to provide special counsel professional services to represent the government authority in tax foreclosure matters, related appeals, and bankruptcy challenges. The selected vendor must appear in state and federal courts, provide guidance and periodic updates to the City Attorney, and attend meetings as requested. Only onshore vendors based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by October 16, 2026, and the contract term will last for one year.
