Special Counsel Professional Services

The City of Camden, NJ requires an attorney with extensive municipal law experience to provide special counsel professional services. The selected vendor must guide the City Council, research and draft municipal legislation, attend council and status meetings, draft legal opinions, and advise on OPMA, OPRA, and Common Law public records matters. Additionally, the contractor must submit detailed monthly activity reports to the City Attorney. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA-only vendors, and the work will be performed offsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026. The contract term is one year, and the buyer is requesting budget proposals from applicants.
