Parks and Recreation Master Plan and Recreation Impact Fee Methodology Services

The Walton County Board of County Commissioners seeks a qualified vendor to provide parks and recreation master plan and recreation impact fee methodology services in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. The selected vendor must perform a legal analysis of the current recreation fee structure, develop an alternative fee structure and methodology by planning area, and complete a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis. Additionally, the scope requires creating short-, intermediate-, and long-range management plans, a countywide open space plan, and a 20-year optimization plan with financial forecasts and implementation schedules. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and the vendor will perform the work offsite over a one-year contract term.
