Municipal Advisor Services

The Township of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, requires a vendor to provide municipal advisor services to assist its government authority. The selected vendor will develop financing plans and schedules, evaluate financing structures and revenue sources, review legal and revenue-sharing documents, prepare credit profiles, assist in negotiations with bond insurers, and support the township in closing financings. Performance of the work will take place onsite, and one municipal advisor appointment will be awarded for the 2027 calendar year term. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA vendors. Applicants must submit one original proposal marked "original," one exact copy marked "copy," and a PDF copy, along with mandatory forms including an Ownership Disclosure Certification, Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda, Price Proposal fee schedule, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Political Contribution Disclosure Form. Proposals are due by 11:00 A.M. on November 6, 2026, to the Township Clerk, and responses can be submitted digitally or physically. Evaluation will be based on price and other factors, specifically technical criteria, suitability to perform required tasks, management, experience, personnel qualifications, and cost.
