Trails Strategy and Action Plan Services

The St. Clair County Metropolitan Planning Commission seeks qualified consulting firms to update the 2019 St. Clair County Trails Plan. The scope requires updating trail gap analyses, evaluating routing alternatives, prioritizing connections for the Bridge to Bay and Wadhams to Avoca trail networks, and delivering cost estimates, maps, and a final strategic plan. Eligibility is limited to onshore US organizations, and selected contractors must maintain specified Workers’ Compensation, Commercial General Liability, and Motor Vehicle Liability insurance.
