Third Party Administration Services

The City of Camden seeks a qualified vendor to provide third-party administration services for workers' compensation, auto/general liability, and first-party property claims, along with workers' compensation managed care services. The selected contractor must handle offsite claims management, investigation, telephonic and field case management, repricing services, and legal case management support for a one-year contract period. Eligible onshore USA organizations must be qualified and experienced to perform the requested scope of work. Proposers must submit proposals electronically through the City’s Bids&Tenders E-Procurement Portal by October 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Written questions must be submitted through the bidding system by 9:00 AM on October 16, 2026. Applicants must complete, sign, and upload all mandatory submission documents, including the RFP Checklist, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, RFP Submission Requirements, and Non-Collusion Affidavit. Contract award may be extended up to 120 days if required by the City, and successful contractors must maintain specified insurance coverages authorized in New Jersey.
