Lobbyist Services

The New Jersey Counties Excess Joint Insurance Fund seeks an experienced firm to provide lobbyist services. The required scope includes attending board of fund commissioners meetings, advising leadership on relevant pending or proposed legislation, attending legislative sessions and hearings, and preparing and filing required lobbyist forms. Performance of work will occur offsite at the vendor's office premises. Eligible applicants are limited to onshore USA organizations. All prospective vendor questions must be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The RFP Committee will evaluate submissions based on the vendor's proven record of experience, including referrals, and the ability to provide services in a timely manner. Applicants must submit a completed Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran certification and provide a Business Registration Certificate by the contract award date. The fund will issue payments within 60 calendar days following the receipt of goods or services or an approved billing statement.
