Iowa State University is seeking qualified onshore contractors to provide general routine custodial and cleaning services for the Digital Ag Innovation Lab facility in Ames, Iowa. The requested scope includes full facility cleaning twice per week, partial facility cleaning options, annual carpet extraction or encapsulation cleaning, and potential emergency cleaning services. Contractors must conduct criminal background checks covering a seven-year history for all assigned personnel every two years and provide an affidavit of compliance prior to award. Proposals must be submitted online via ISUBid by October 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM CT, with questions due by October 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM CT. An optional site visit takes place on October 12, 2026. The initial contract term requires firm pricing from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with potential annual renewals subject to negotiated scope and rate adjustments.
