Scan Card Media Production and Delivery Service

Niagara Parks Commission requires a vendor to produce and deliver white PVC scan card media to Niagara Falls, Ontario, supporting the WEGO transportation system, attraction pass packages, gift cards, and other scan media. The requested scope includes manufacturing 30 mil thick CR80 cards measuring 3.375 inches by 2.125 inches with variable barcodes, four-color graphics printed at 500 DPI, and various front and back finishes with or without sombrero punches. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will take place onshore. Bidders must submit questions by October 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT, and send final submissions between October 6, 2026, and October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT. NPC evaluates proposals on a pass or disqualification basis across mandatory requirements, including a completed Declaration and Certification Schedule, a References Schedule, and a separately uploaded Pricing Schedule.
