Scope of work

Minimum qualifications
- Must not be in arrears upon any debt or in default of any obligation owed to Westchester County, New York State, or the United States
- Must not have failed to satisfactorily perform pursuant to any prior agreement with the County
- Must be in good standing with NYS OASAS and New York State Office of Mental Health
