Nepal - Publication, Printing, Branding, and Translation Services from English into Nepali

The International Labour Office requires an onshore Nepal organization to provide offsite publication, printing, branding, and English-to-Nepali translation services executed on the vendor's office premises. Bidders must submit a technical offer detailing project methodology, an implementation and management plan, and key personnel CVs, along with a separately submitted financial offer using Annex II-E that excludes direct taxes and customs duties. Only qualified Nepal organizations capable of delivering the TOR requirements may bid. Bidders must submit proposals through the ILO eSourcing platform no later than the platform's stated closing date, as late bids will be rejected. The ILO panel evaluates proposals using a two-stage process that assesses technical compliance with the TOR and key personnel qualifications before opening financial offers for submissions meeting the minimum technical score. Contract award goes to the proposal demonstrating the best value for money based on technical compliance, personnel qualifications, and overall cost.
