Borough Labor Attorney Services

The Borough of Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested persons and firms to provide Borough Labor Attorney Services for calendar year 2027. Qualified applicants must be onshore USA organizations with the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to deliver high-quality, cost-effective labor attorney services offsite. Applicants must submit an original and four copies of their bound, signed Qualification Statement by mail or hand delivery to the Borough by 4:00 pm on November 20, 2026. Submissions must include an executed Letter of Qualification, an executed Letter of Intent, firm administrative details, principal contacts, and a proposed rate schedule detailing hourly rates or compensation terms. All questions were due no later than September 29, 2026. The Review Team will evaluate proposals based on the most advantageous response to the Borough, considering factors such as experience, reputation in the field, capability, and willingness to agree to the Borough's compensation terms. Applicants bear all costs associated with preparing and submitting their Qualification Statements.
