Janitorial Services

Hampton Roads Sanitation District seeks a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for janitorial services at the York River Treatment Plant in Seaford, Virginia. The work includes twice-weekly janitorial service, semi-annual deep cleaning of epoxy floors, and carpet shampooing as requested. The contract period runs from December 15, 2026, through December 14, 2027. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations. Bidders must provide company experience details, personnel qualifications, four references, and their State Corporation Commission number or an explanation for exemption. Subcontractors require prior written consent. Applicants must submit a Certificate of Insurance and agree to attend a 20-minute safety orientation.
