Occupational Therapy Services

The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) requires a vendor to provide qualified occupational therapists and occupational therapy services for the Missouri Schools for the Severely Disabled (MSSD), specifically Cedar Ridge School. Therapists must conduct offsite work, undergo background and fingerprint checks, report any suspected student abuse to the building administrator, avoid yelling or abusive statements, and never remain alone with a student. Eligible bidders are USA-based onshore organizations registered in MissouriBUYS powered by MOVERS. Vendors must comply with Missouri business laws, including Secretary of State business name registration, E-Verify enrollment, federal funding compliance, and required state licenses and insurance. Proposals are evaluated strictly on cost, worth a maximum of 200 points, plus any bonus point preferences. Bids must be submitted electronically through MissouriBUYS by October 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Time, and vendors must include completed Exhibits A through K as required. The contract period runs from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027.
